MEDICAL TRADE INTERNATIONAL
Personal data
How this website handles personal data. Last updated: 30/10/2026.
Who is responsible
MEDICAL TRADE INTERNATIONAL Ε.Ε. (limited partnership), VAT no. EL802065745, GEMI 169248304000, registered office Vasilika, 570 06 Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: info@medicaltrade.gr, +30 23960 23500.
The website is built and operated on our behalf by a website development and operations provider based in the USA, under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).
Request for a technical proposal (form)
We receive what you enter: organisation, department, name, work email, phone (optional), the products you are interested in and your message. We use it only to answer your request and to discuss a possible offer, on the basis of steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Your request is sent by email to info@medicaltrade.gr and is also kept in the website's request store (Cloudflare, in the European Union) for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
The «Ρώτα με» digital assistant
When you ask a question, the question and the last messages of the conversation are sent through OpenRouter (USA) to a Google artificial intelligence model to produce the answer, with zero data retention and no use for model training. Voice dictation is transcribed the same way and the audio is not kept. We do not store your questions or the answers.
The conversation is kept only in the current browser tab (session storage), so that it continues from page to page; it is deleted when you close the tab or press «New conversation». Please do not enter personal or patient information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the questions you ask (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent misuse we keep only counters linked to a pseudonym (a daily-changing fingerprint of the connection), deleted within 7 days.
